I have always had a fascination for other cultures and languages and have travelled extensively, rarely without a sketchbook in hand to record the places I visit. I love to create impressionist landscapes and animated scenes, depicting daily life using loose, energetic, spontaneous strokes in ink, watercolour, and acrylic.

Following a degree in art and French and then qualifying as an art teacher, I have taught in the UK and Paris, had two exhibitions, and shared my passion for art with students in India, Cambodia, Thailand, and Kenya.
